Mr. Zakizadeh’s personal villa, or Blue Villa, is located in a pleasant area in Karaj. However, as requested by the client, traditional desert architectural elements and materials such as thatch and latticed bricks were used in the design of this villa.
The model of Iranian gardens was used in the construction of this 200-meter single-story building, which is equipped with a swimming pool, children’s play area, roof garden, billiard area, and traditional pond. This mansion is called the Blue Villa because of the attractive and unique fountain installed at the entrance to the garden mansion.
