The Great Mahestan Project

It is located on an area of ​​18 hectares in the pleasant Baghestan region, near Tehran, with access to the main roads connecting to the capital.
This project consists of 16 zones, including 112 buildings with a capacity of 28 residential units per building on 6 floors above the ground floor.
Educational, health, religious, commercial, and dedicated green spaces with beautiful views and covered with flowers and trees have been allocated and created to create peace and comfort.
Considering the population that will settle and based on the allocated per capita, commercial units have been constructed along the main boulevard to the required extent.
All basic and primary needs of residents have been anticipated.
