Romina Mansion

One of the most fundamental challenges in the design of any residential building is providing light. In the design of Mr. Mardani’s house, given the large length of the land relative to its width, this challenge has been turned into a brilliant opportunity by incorporating a central courtyard. In other words, this inner courtyard acts as the beating heart of the house and provides the means for breathing for all the parts of this three-story building.

Another feature of this building is the special basement, which, despite the classical atmosphere of the entire building, is designed in the style of traditional dining houses and, as ordered by the client, provides a cozy space for summer gatherings. The sauna and jacuzzi located in the basement of the house are also designed in the style of old treasures, following the traditional theme of the basement floor, and are considered a unique feature of the building.

One of the salient points of the design of this project is the special attention paid to recreational and relaxing spaces, which, when combined with the efficiency and productivity of the spaces, bring a pleasant experience to the residents of the house.
This house was named in memory of the heavenly daughter of the Mardani family , “Romina.”
